Young Women Engineer of the Year Awards - Nominate Now!
Wednesday 27 June, 2012The YWE awards seek to highlight the achievements of women in engineering and to encourage others to enter the profession.
The ceremony itself is free to attend, and will be followed by a free drinks reception and buffet, with networking and career opportunities, plus a chance to meet the 2012 celebrity awards host!
There are three main awards in this area
- YWE Award (£2,500 prize)
- Mary George Memorial Prize for Apprentices (£750 prize)
- The Women's Engineering Society (WES) prize (£750 prize)
The awards are all free to enter and are aimed at women in the Science, Engineering, Technology or IT sectors.
